Our story started with my own driveway
I taught myself concrete on my own house and a handful of small side jobs, then spent time on other crews learning what I didn't know yet. In 2021 I started Custom Apopka Concrete here in Apopka. We dig out and pack the base instead of raking the dirt level, because a slab on loose fill settles right along with it. It's the part nobody sees on day one and the first thing a tight budget wants to cut, and I'd rather spend there than on a fancier finish.
